This is a unique Irish cookery title inspired by the Connemara Mussel Festival which takes place at Paddy Coyne’s pub in Tully Cross on the Renvyle peninsula every May Bank Holiday weekend. Recipes selected by both the author Máirín Uí Chomáin and established chefs from the region.
